In Ihrer Funktion als Experte im Team Compensation & Benefits liegt Ihr Fokus auf der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Vergütungsregelungen. Sie sind zuständig für die Koordination und Anwendung von gesetzlichen, tariflichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben im Vergütungsbereich. Zudem leiten Sie Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Vergütungskonzepte, koordinieren laufende Vergütungsthemen und arbeiten eng mit anderen Fachbereichen zusammen.

**Das ist die Aufgabe**:

- Experte im Center of Competence Compensation & Benefits mit Schwerpunkt Vergütungsregelungen
- Koordination und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen, tariflichen und betrieblichen Regelungen zu den Vergütungsthemen
- Leitung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Neugestaltung der Vergütungselemente
- Koordination und Steuerung der jährlichen Leistungsbeurteilungs
- und Entgeltüberprüfungsrunden der Tarif
- und AT-Beschäftigten
- Vertretung der Themenstellungen gegenüber den Mitbestimmungsorganen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Personal
- und Fachbereichen

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Compensation & Benefits Bereich, mit einem Fokus auf Vergütungsfragen
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Tiefgreifende Tarifkenntnisse, idealerweise der Metall
- und Elektroindustrie
- Herausragende organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Aufgaben zu meistern
- Ein souveränes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Belastbarkeit
