- Als Vertrieb tragen wir unseren Teil dazu bei, die Zukunft aktiv zu gestalten und unsere Kund*innen schnell und zuverlässig mit ihren Wunschprodukten und optimalen Services zu versorgen. Als Product Owner der Mission Value & Loyality gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres B2C Bestandskundengeschäfts. Sie denken in Werten und identifizieren damit Potenziale im Kundenbestand. Durch die Mission soll letztendlich die Werthaltigkeit der Bestandskundenbasis sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität nachhaltig gesteigert werden. In einem vertriebsorientierten Team setzten Sie agile und moderne Arbeitsmethoden und leisten somit Pionierarbeit beim Ausbau des wichtigen Bestandskundengeschäfts.**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- Sie führen fachlich ein funktionsübergreifendes agiles Team und streben mit den eingesetzten Ressourcen den höchstmöglichen Wertbeitrag an. Außerdem übernehmen Sie somit die Verantwortung für den Business-Erfolg inklusive Budget und Qualität
- Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie die Vision Ihrer Mission und definieren deren strategische und operative Ausrichtung
- Sie optimieren das Bestandskundengeschäft, indem sie permanent die Front
- und Backend-Prozesse überwachen und segmentspezifische Angebote platzieren
- Kundenzentrierung wird von Ihnen gelebt Dazu nehmen Sie Kundenfeedback auf, entwickeln ein Gefühl für die Kundenbedürfnisse bzw. -segmente und bauen auf dieser Basis ein Leistungsportfolio für das Bestandskundengeschäft auf
- Sie definieren businessgetriebene Ziele und etablieren eine Roadmap sowie entsprechende Kennzahlen anhand derer Sie den Erfolg Ihrer Mission messen
- Die Verantwortung des Teambacklogs sowie die Übernahme der agilen Arbeitsorganisation und die Priorisierung der zugehörigen Aktivitäten gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
- Sie binden interne Stakeholder ein und führen so gemeinsam die Maßnahmen zum Erfolg

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung. Außerdem bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebs
- und Marketingumfeld in der Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise ergänzt um Erfahrung im Projektumfeld, mit
- Erste Erfahrungen mit der agilen Arbeitsweise, z. B. als Product Owner sind wünschenswert
- Agile Werte wie Respekt, Mut, Offenheit, Commitment und Fokus werden von Ihnen bereits gelebt, die Bereitschaft zum weiteren Kompetenzaufbau nach dem agilen DACH30-Standard besteht
- Sie besitzen eine starke Businessorientierung sowie Priorisierungs
- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten mit klarer, zielgerichteter Kommunikation, eine kennzahlengesteuerte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit hohem Engagement und einem Gespür für Teamwork und Networking zeichnen Sie aus
