DHL Express Global Business IT has an opening for a **Senior Director Centre of Excellence **(CoE). **Location Singapore, Bonn, Malaysia**. The Senior Director Centre of Excellence is responsible for overseeing vision, strategy, and development of the MS Dynamics digital technologies platform to a fully-fledged platform for use within DHL Express. Sr. Director holds significant Express business and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge acts as a global interface.
- Establish a fully operational, cross functional, CoE leveraging an agile DevOps model to manage, support and continually deploy the MS Dynamics platform across DHL Express globally.
- Define the vision for the MS Dynamics digital technologies platform within DHL Express leveraging intricate understanding of relevant market and technology developments to crystallize resulting opportunities.
- Acts as a key point of contract for MS Dynamics within Express; ensuring DHL requirements are considered for MS product roadmap.
- Manage, develop and drive CoE programs cross functionally in Global Express IT domains and / or in a very large and complex programs.

**How will you contribute to the success of DHL?**:

- Design and shape and build the CoE organization leveraging resource from across DHL Express Business and IT organizations, IT Services, and external vendor partners.
- Drive several parallel initiatives for the benefit of global and regional stakeholders, identify or build synergy potentials and utilize them for the benefit of the business.
- Manage resources, productivity, benchmarking volumes and facilitate proactive issues and risk identification and resolution in addition to development and implementation of strategies aimed at both building the CoE and optimizing CoE performance.
- Responsible for ongoing release management and ongoing operation of system end-to-end including the management of the immediate team, offshore resources and external partners.
- Translate vision into annual roadmap in alignment with Commercial senior management, BU IT and process owners as well as BU partners where relevant.
- Provide effective leadership to a cross functional, remote and geographically diverse team including coaching and development as well as ensure development of new skillsets/certifications within team.
- Manage and continuously improve support concept and processes / procedures and prioritize requirements, shapes releases & decide on change requests based on Express Business Priorities.
- Overall responsible for MS Dynamics training curriculum (role based), training and reference material as well as training compliance and for MS Dynamics platform management (included and not limited to Security, Compliance, and coordination with BU IT / ITS).
- Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders as well as facilitate their engagement.
- Liaise with senior management and stakeholders across Express to understand long term requirements and development direction; act as escalation point during implementation projects.
- Demonstrate a high level of political sensitivity in anticipating customer/stakeholder reactions and partnering across stakeholder organizations to effectively mitigate, evaluate and resolve requests or concerns.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Multi-disciplinary management experience in a comparable field in an international environment.
- Long term (15 years+) hands-on experience with complex enterprise CRM implementations or similar - Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce knowledge.
- IT solutions development and implementation experience - proven track record for project managing and delivering complex IT solutions.
- Minimum 10 years involved with leading initiatives and teams at a global level.
- Ability to team with, and manage, a strong partner/supplier system.
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
- Distinctive leadership skills and the necessary assertiveness to achieve stated goals supported by a broad analytical and technical background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations.
- Demonstrated experience presenting ideas and analysis to stakeholders.
