Technical Competence Specialist (M/F/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Lösungs-Architekten und Operation-Engineers, sowie dem technischen Support, um bestehende Technologien basierend auf unserem standardisierten Produkt-Portfolio weiterzuentwickeln- Du findest neue Lösungen insbesondere für den Managed Services Bereich, um Effizienz und Qualität der angebotenen Leistungen weiter zu steigern- Du bist Bindeglied für technologische Fragen zwischen Vertrieb, Service und Support innerhalb des IT-Services Bereichs- Du evaluierst neue Technologien innerhalb eines Kompetenzbereiches für das Dedalus IT-Services Produktportfolio- Du bestimmst den erforderlichen Schulungsbedarf innerhalb des IT-Services Bereichs und stimmst erforderliche Schulungen für den Kompetenzbereich ab- Du definierst den Zertifizierungspfad in Abhängigkeit der fachlichen Anforderungen der Teams innerhalb von IT-S sowie Best Practices zur optimalen Nutzung der Technologien- Du entwickelst und pflegst Checklisten für die Implementierung, den Betrieb und den Support der Technologien innerhalb des Kompetenzbereiches- Du arbeitest mit den Kompetenzverantwortlichen anderer Fachbereiche zur Entwicklung übergreifender Strategien und Konzepte zusammen- Du ermittelst Anforderungen aus anderen IT-S Teams um Technologien optimal in das Monitoring und die Automatisierungslösung für AMS Kunden einzubinden- Du entwickelst Vertriebskonzepte (Best Practices) und unterstützt in der Vertriebsphase (z.B. Ausschreibungen, Technical Design Checks)- Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und dem Betrieb der Technologien (nur spezifische, komplexe Projekte sowie Aufgaben)- Du unterstützt mit Deinem KnowHow im 3rd Level Support

Dein Profil:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Installation und Administration von Server-, Storage
- und Hypervisor-Infrastrukturen- Erfahrung in Infrastrukturumgebungen auf Basis der Betriebssysteme Windows, Linux, Unix, VMware und vertraut mit Datenbank-Umgebungen- Du hast entsprechende Zertifizierungen erworben- Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen, Flexibilität ist für Dich kein Fremdwort- Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft- Ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden ist für Dich selbstverständlich- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz- Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
