MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. ist der europäische Zweig von Hyundai MOBIS, einem weltweit führenden Hersteller für Original
- und Zubehörteile im Bereich Automotive. Hyundai MOBIS ist zusammen mit Hyundai Motors und Kia Motors eine der größten Gesellschaften der Hyundai Group. Neben der Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich von hochtechnologischen Produkten für den Einsatz im Fahrzeug, ist MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. für das Originalteile
- und Originalzubehörgeschäft von Hyundai Motors und Kia Motors in ganz Europa zuständig. Von der Europa-Zentrale in Frankfurt am Main aus werden außerdem unsere europaweiten Vertriebsniederlassungen unterstützt und begleitet.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Soziologie oder Psychologie mit Fokus auf Personalwesen bzw. mit großem Interesse am Personalwesen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, mündlich und schriftlich
- Freundliche Art und Teamplayer
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Motiviert, sich mit neuen Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen bei uns einzubringen
- Erfahrung mit der Koreanischen Kultur oder anderen asiatischen Kulturen wünschenswert
- Offenheit für vielfältige Tätigkeiten im HR

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Allgemeine Personaladministration
- Unterstützung beim Abwesenheitsmanagement
- Pflege sowie Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten. (physisch und digital)
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsmanagement
- Überwachung von Arbeitserlaubnissen und Immatrikulationsbescheinigun-gen
- Ausstellen von Arbeitgeber-und Urlaubsbescheinigungen
- Erstellung von Arbeits
- und Zwischenzeugnissen.
- Hilfe bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Organigramms für alle europäischen Standorte sowie Begleitung von Änderungen in der Organisationsstruktur
- Unterstützung beim Reporting und Controlling verschiedener HR-Kennzahlen an Personalleitung.
- Unterstützung bei verschiedene Ad-hoc projekten.
