Mein Team steht für „
**the end of no, beginning of now**” alle Services rund um die ITSM Platformer von ServiceNow. Wir haben zusammen Großes vor, die Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung aller Service Prozesse auf eine moderne und erfolgreiche Ebene zu heben.
Deine Aufgaben:

- Administration der ITSM Plattformen, die zur Erfüllung der ITSM Operations erforderlichen Prozessen zur Dokumentation für den ganzheitlichen ITSM Betrieb sowie Qualitätsmanagement und der Stabilität der Plattform
- Administration in 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level Hersteller Support Analyse und Validierung von Schwachstellen und Abläufe in den ITSM Plattform.
- Mitwirkung und technischer Ansprechpartner für Ausbildung, Trainings und Weiterentwicklung für Mitarbeiter im Umfeld der ITSM Plattformen für Regionale und Globale ITSM Services der Logicalis
- Administration und technischer Ansprechpartner für Gouvernance, Transition, Operations FullFilment im Umfeld der ITSM Plattformen und Services
- Administration und Mitwirkung von technischen Entwicklungen / Development sowie als Ansprechpartner für Projekte, Qualitätsmanagement Aufgaben, Operations und Training zu allen ITSM Plattformen.
- Mitwirkung und technischer Ansprechpartner für ITSM Steakholder Services in der Region Deutschland sowie für unsere Globalen ITSM Plattformen zur Erfüllung von Full Filment und Support Tasks

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung auf Software Entwicklung und Betrieb vorzugsweise auf ServiceNow Lösung
- Stark ausgeprägtes Kompetenzportfolio im ITSM Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf ServiceNow ITSM Lösung
- Ausgeprägte Expertise von Standard Products/Applications and Defect Tracking und Problem Management
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
