- As the Head of Sales & Projects for our market unit ‘Urban Solutions’ you will help public decision-makers, cities and municipalities to improve urban environments, and enhance road safety by providing innovative traffic management technologies and solutions.**Your tasks**
- In close collaboration with our regional organizations in more than 25 countries around the globe, you and your team are developing markets, defining, and selling solutions and systems to improve the quality of life in cities and road safety thru our innovative traffic management technology.- You will:
- Manage a team of approximately 5 dedicated professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth for the largest market unit of Yunex Traffic.
- Leverage your extensive industry experience (10+ years) to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities and driving solution-based sales.
- Utilize your expertise in solution selling and consultative approaches to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our innovative IoT-based traffic management technologies including hardware, software and (digital) services.
- Demonstrate your technical domain knowledge in traffic management technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Leverage your project execution knowledge, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, projects, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Your skills & talents**:
- University degree in an economic or technical field.
- Proven track record in people, sales and project management, with at least 10 years of experience in mobility solutions / industry (not limited to road traffic management).
- Comprehensive understanding of mobility trends and state-of-the-art mobility technology (including IoT, MaaS, digital offerings).
- Strong solution selling skills and a consultative approach, enabling you to effectively understand client needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Technical domain knowledge in traffic management technologies is a valuable asset, allowing you to communicate confidently with clients and provide expert insights.
- Experience in managing teams and driving sales targets, with a proven ability to lead and motivate individuals towards achieving exceptional results.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Fluency in English.
