**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Participation in the analysis and implementation of new purchasing and invoicing processes
- Preparation and maintenance of master data for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tool (e.g. user data, suppliers, items)
- Testing the P2P tool in English or local language for various processes
- Support in communication and change management activities within the project
- Steering the rollout of the project in all Douglas countries
- Organization and execution of training as well as creation of training materials in English or local language
- Onboarding and support of suppliers for the P2P tool
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or similar
- Initial experience in supporting procurement and invoicing processes, e.g. through internships or working student positions
- Basic knowledge in working with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and in master data management is advantageous
- Interest in conducting software tests and working with various processes
- Open for tasks in project management and enjoyment in shaping communication and change management processes
- Willingness to occasionally travel for project rollout support
- Good communication skills to organize training sessions and create training materials
- Good English skills; additional language skills are desirable but not required
