Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich:

- Mit Deiner innovativen Art entwickelst du neuartige Trainings-Formate für Ärzte und Ärztinnen, setzt diese um und wertest sie aus
- Führung und Entwicklung des Bereiches Medical Education sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams von Field Clinical Specialists sind ein großer Teil Deiner Verantwortung
- Du bist aktiv an der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung einer KOL Management Strategie bezogen auf die Medical Education, an der Ausarbeitung eines Konzepts für den Einsatz von KOLs in der Medical Education sowie der Nachwuchsförderung von aufstrebenden KOLs und Merz Aesthetics Trainings beteiligt
- Ein weiterer Aspekt deiner Arbeit ist die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Merz Aesthetics Faculty Programms, dabei sind u.a. Organisation und Durchführung von Weiterbildungs-Formaten für Merz Aesthetics Faculty Trainer im Fokus
- Deine tägliche Arbeit liegt auch in der Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Marketing und Sales Teams sowie in der gesamten DACH Region mit dem Ziel ein einheitliches Auftreten zu schaffen

Das überzeugt uns:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im medizinischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, einen vergleichbaren Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bringst Du bereits relevante Erfahrungen sowie erste Führungserfahrung, bevorzugt im Medical Training Bereich mit.
- Du konntest bereits solides Wissen in den Bereichen Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Trainings und medizinischen Angelegenheiten, KOL-Management und vorzugsweise auch als Medical Science Liaison sammeln
- Mit Deinen exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift, weißt Du Dich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut auszudrücken
- Du besitzt tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationskanälen
- Mit Deiner Leidenschaft für innovative Lösungen und Deinem hohen Maß an Kund*innenorientierung trägst Du aktiv zur Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse bei
- In Dir steckt ein*e echte*r Teamplayer*in und mit deiner ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität packst Du gerne mit an. Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Proaktivität sind zwei Eigenschaften, die Dich in Deinem Arbeitsalltag stets begleiten
