THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

- Execute the global medical education strategy by monitoring KPIs and informing strategy development
- Maintain and grow digital education platforms, websites, and social media channels for healthcare professional education
- Collaborate to create, curate, and edit medical education content for various platforms and target groups
- Post updates on social media channels and websites and collaborate for cross-platform publication
- Ensure adherence to internal and international guidelines and policies for medical education projects
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for linear and vertical growth of our digital platforms
- Stay updated on global and local regulations, guidance, standards, and best practices that impact interactions with healthcare professionals and patients
- Manage the allocated budget effectively for the development and execution of medical education initiatives

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- University degree with scientific or medical background
- Proven working experience in pharmaceutical companies in medical education
- Professional experience in digital content and analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or an international environment
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing), with clear, concise, and persuasive communication. Knowledge of German or other languages is beneficial
- Enthusiasm for social media / digital channels and a strong scientific understanding as well as a passion for educational data, digital education, and scientific communication
- Strong understanding of medical education and content strategy as well as project management and organizational skills
- Effective collaboration in international, cross-functional teams as well as ability to interpret and communicate scientific data effectively
