WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of a pan-European Portfolio Management team dedicated to PGIM Real Estate’s series of discretionary value-add equity Funds. We are looking for an astute, determined professional to assist our Portfolio Management Team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. This rewarding opportunity will enable you to make a big impact in our organization.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Provide project management discipline and structure to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. Maintain project documentation including project plans, issues lists, meeting agendas/notes, and action item trackers.
- Partner with functional and executive leadership including portfolio management, operations, risk management, legal, finance, systems, ESG and business development to move initiatives forward, identify potential obstacles, and resolve key issues.
- Lead meetings on assigned projects, identify resources, assign tasks, and influence stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and track record reporting with a European Focus.
- Build in-depth knowledge of PGIM Real Estate’s European business with an emphasis on the Luxembourg platform, products, systems, and operations and draw on that knowledge and problem-solving skills to create strategies for moving forward initiatives and identifying and resolving potential issues and/or interdependencies.
- Increase and maintain PGIM Real Estate’s visibility with INREV by expanding participation in data initiatives.
- Provide project management support to the establishment of new products, providing governance and structure to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor / Master degree required with focus on Real Estate, Economics or Banking and Finance
- Professional qualification completed or ongoing
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
- Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Very high degree of analytical competence
- Excellent English working proficiency

- Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately
