Then this is a position for you We have an exciting Internship opportunity available in our EMEA Logistics team.Currently CBRE Investment Management Germany, based in Frankfurt/Main, is growing their business within the German real estate market. Therefore, we are looking for a Logistics intern who likes to start respectively to continue his/her career within the Logistics team, Germany.- The Logistics intern provides broad tactical and operational support to a team of asset management professionals and assists with the Logistics team's ongoing performance of multi-use properties.**YOUR MISSION**
- As an intern you will fulfil challenging assignments as an essential part of the Logistics team of our Frankfurt office. Your responsibilities will comprise, amongst others:
- Support implementation of the overall ESG strategy
- Support in BREEAM certifications
- Support in Lifecycle/Hold Fix Sell Analysis
- Standardization and evaluation of the valuation process
- Reporting support (Anaplan/GoAnalytics /Yardi)
- General analysis and evaluation of the Portfolio (Property Management/Facility Management /Utility Provider/Technical Advisor Agreements)
- Support of Asset Managers in diverse matters
- Clean up and structuring local databases

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are currently enrolled in a late bachelors or master’s degree in a relevant field of studies (Real Estate with the focus on Finance, Economics, Engineering, Urban and Rural Planning, Econometrics or Business Administration degree etc.)
- Ability to organize, analyze and translate strategic relevant information
- Team player who is interested in the motives and behavior of colleagues and drives collaboration
- Affinity with real estate and investment management is required, real estate and ESG related experience would be a definite plus
- You have a pro-active attitude, are eager to learn and have decent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You are available for at least 6 to 8 months for 3 to 5 days per week. Start date to be discussed
- Fluency in English and German is required for this role, any additional European language is a plus
- Internship reimbursement of 2080 Euros per month (based on fulltime)
