**Customer Service Back Office Supervisor (m/w/d)**

mit Sitz in Unterschleißheim (Hybrid-Option), befristet auf ein Jahr.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Disziplinarische Leitung des Back-Office-Teams
- Sicherstellung der täglichen Back-Office-Aktivitäten, einschließlich der Ressourcenplanung
- Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu internen Kunden (z. B. IT, Planung, Lager, Vertrieb, Customer Service Front-Office-Team) sowie externer Lieferanten
- Verantwortlich für Qualitätssicherung /-erhöhung, insbesondere im Ordermanagement
- Vorantreiben der digitalen Transformation im Customer Service

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service / Vertrieb, wünschenswert in der Pharma-/Medizintechnik-Industrie
- Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
- Service
- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
