Interim: Head of Marketing

**Your challenge**:
The Marketing department is core to driving our digital sales growth and our brand visibility. They are responsible for supporting our products and services divisions in their sales strategy with marketing support, as well as their communication strategy.
Due to the transition of our current Head of Marketing, we are looking for an Interim to take over the department for around 2 months, with possibility of extension. We are looking for an experienced project manager on marketing topics, with experience in leading international teams.
We foresee that the time needed is 3 days/ week, for about 2 months, with possibilities of extending this further.

**Your Tasks**:
- Lead the performance of around 5 FTE of marketing specialists, covering the full spectrum of activities: performance marketing, communications & social media, B2B events, etc
- Project manage internally the activities of the marketing team: prioritise, delegate, align with other stakeholders on all topics
- Change management, to support the team through this period of transition
- Lead recruitment activities for open roles in the team
- Support in finding the next Head of Marketing for the team
**Your Profile**:
- Experience in leading international marketing teams and driving them to success
- Experience being an interim and managing periods of transition
- Proven expertise in marketing in other B2B software companies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English is a must; German is preferred
