**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du führst aus unserem Bonner Office das **Remote-Onboarding** für neue Sales Manager:innen durch, die in dem jeweiligen Land (Italien & Frankreich) im Homeoffice arbeiten.
- Du unterstützt dein Team durch regelmäßiges **Coaching** auf dem Weg zur Bestleistung.
- Für inhaltliche Fragen deines Teams bist du die erste **Ansprechperson**.
- In monatlichen Feedbackgesprächen gibst du fundiertes **Feedback** an deine Sales Manager:innen, damit diese genau wissen wo sie stehen und mit welchen Stellschrauben sie ihre Ziele erreichen.
- Deine **Trainingsmaßnahmen** entwickelst du selbstständig weiter, um die Kampagnenziele zu erreichen.
- Du **reportest** direkt **an den Head of Sales** und stehst mit den anderen Team Leads in regelmäßigem Austausch.
- Durch deine **eigenen Sales Calls** holst du dir neue Ideen für deine Kampagnen und hältst deine Sales Skills frisch.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über **mindestens 2 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung** im Bereich Outbound Sales / Business Development.
- Mit **mindestens einem Jahr Führungserfahrung** in Salesteams hast du eine konkrete Vorstellung, welche Herausforderungen dich als zukünftige Führungskraft erwarten.
- Deine **Kommunikation** ist **klar, fair und wertschätzend** gegenüber deinem Team und den anderen Abteilungen.
- Gespräche mit Kund:innen führst du mit dem Fachbereich, dem Einkauf und dem C-Level **auf Augenhöhe**.
- Du arbeitest **organisiert und strukturiert**, bringst dabei aber die im Sales notwendige Spontanität mit, um schnelle gute Lösungen zu finden.
- Du verfügst über** mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** auf sehr hohem professionellen Niveau und bringst gute Sprachkenntnisse in **Italienisch und/oder Französisch** mit.
