MSL Excellence Associate (m/w/d)

Der MSL Excellence Associate ist eine wichtige Schüsselfunktion, um strategische Geschäftsprozesse und Projekte im Bereich der Medical Scientific Liaisons therapiegebietsübergreifend zu unterstützen und voranzutreiben.

**Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?**
- Unterstützung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von strategischen Prozessen und Projekten im Bereich MSL
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B. Ethics & Compliance)
- Identifizierung von Prozessen mit unnötiger Komplexität und deren Vereinfachung
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Dashboards mit unseren Key Performance Indikatoren; Identifikation weiterer Key Performance Indikatoren
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Business Reviews
- Koordination, Training und Implementierung bei der Einführung neuer Verfahrensanweisungen oder Systeme zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität innerhalb von Medical
- Förderung einer effektiven und klaren internen Kommunikation (HUB, IBU & Global)
- Mitgestaltung des Medical Newsletters

**Wie überzeugst du uns?**
- Abgeschlossenes medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als MSL
- Exzellente Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams
- Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und Business Acumen
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen jederzeit den Überblick behalten
- Fähigkeit anspruchsvolle und komplexe Aufgaben zu bewältigen sowie eigenständige Prioritätensetzung
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Eigenschaften
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb cross-funktionaler Teams
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
