**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Repräsentation des Transformationsprojekts innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens
- Mitarbeit im Projekt-Workstream Change Management
- Erstellung von zielgruppengerechten Kommunikationsmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Newsletter, E-Mails und Ankündigungen
- Verfassen von klaren, präzisen und überzeugenden Botschaften, die die Vorteile und den Fortschritt des Projekts vermitteln
- Planung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsveranstaltungen, Town-Hall-Meetings und Webinaren
- Koordination mit den Projektbeteiligten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Kommunikationsaktivitäten termingerecht und mit hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, um ein positives Engagement und eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Wirksamkeit der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und kontinuierliche Anpassung der Strategie bei Bedarf

**Was wir erwarten**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnliches oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation und/oder Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich und ansprechend zu präsentieren
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter zwischenmenschlicher und interkultureller Kompetenz
- Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Programme, insbesondere PowerPoint. Kenntnisse in InDesign von Vorteil
- Spaß an vielseitigen Themen und Change Management
