Risk Reporting Senior Specialist

Risk Reporting is responsible for the production, coordination, quality assurance and delivery of complete, clear, timely and comprehensive risk reporting for their area of responsibility, in line with risk management requirements, applicable internal policies, regulatory and control frameworks.

Overview/Key Responsibilities:
The Risk Reporting Senior Specialist will work with Audit remediation team, finding owner and Stakeholders to gather supporting evidence and supporting documentation to demonstrate sustainable remediation of audit finding.

Work includes: Analysis of Audit remediation activities, collecting supporting design and operational effectiveness evidence and Creating closure documentation (using standard finding management templates) or working with action owners to create documentation to support closure of finding. Creating risk reports/presentations as needed to articulate/evidence control compliance. Obtaining approval from Stakeholders for closure documentation. Support project team to create standard reports
Database Expertise:
Knowledge of relational databases and database controls

Migration Process Development:
Work closely with the project/migration leads and finding/action owners to create closure documentation
Ensure seamless integration of migration strategies with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Collaboration with Application Teams:
Support migration and project leads and application teams with evidence collection and documentation to support audit closure.

You will have: (Skills/Experience)
Experience: Minimum of + years of relevant experience. Proven experience in Audit, Compliance or Risk Management Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Environments/ITIL would be advantageous. Knowledge management Experience within a tier banking experience ideally our Client infrastructure environments Excellent self-starter, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization. Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving. Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. Able to work in fast paced environment. Self confidence

Qualifications:
CISA/CISM or equivalent security certification Demonstrated success in audit remediation initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
