(Junior) Project Management Officer

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will support the Customer Innovation Tribe to develop digital supply chain solutions for our ~250,000 customers in the fields of risk & resilience, advanced forecasting and circularity
- In this function you will report directly to the Head of Customer Innovation Tribe, manage and maintain the project portfolio reporting with respect to timelines, budgets, documentation and resources and also take over assistance tasks
- Your tasks also include the preparation and execution of meetings (e.g. workstream reviews, workshops, SteerCos, etc.) and board meetings
- You support the coordination of our interdisciplinary teams and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
- You will support in standardizing project setup process and project reporting and support the respective project teams in setting up structures and processes.

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration or a similar course of study (engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, etc.)
- You have initial experience in supporting (large-scale) projects, ideally in a corporate environment - preferably also from the perspective of an external service provider
- Ideally, you have worked in agile project environments before
- You have a passion for digital supply chains and venture topics combined with a strong will to implement
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- Your outstanding communication skills in German and English are complemented by a professional appearance and intercultural competencies
