**GILDS und CXone**
Global IT Land and Digital Solutions acts as an enabler and partner for efficient and digital development and operations of Schenker’s Land business in Europe. The IT solutions support the business processes along the whole value chain from sales to invoicing.
We are looking for a flexible and agile team player to provide organizational support for our product CXone, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the role of Project Management Office.
- In this role you are primarily responsible for the necessary administrative and support activities in an agile squad.
- You coordinate the numerous tasks, planning and rollout activities and are also involved in the required activities for the rollout and development activities in terms of content. This includes financial and budgeting topics, delivery quality aspects as well as documentation tasks.
- In addition, in the PMO role, you will be in close contact with our business partners in the regional head office and the individual national companies.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Carrying out content-related and organizational tasks as part of the rollout and operation of CXone in Schenker's country organizations
- Support in the set up and organization of an efficient and effective service delivery, training offers and publications
- Close coordination with all squad members, the product owner and the teams of the Schenker Land Transport business unit
- Documentation and organization of stand-up meetings, retrospectives and planning meetings
- Supporting required configuration and testing activities in close coordination with and lead by the other squad members
**Requirements**:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the task, such as business informatics, or comparable education with relevant work experience
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an agile organized IT department, ideally with Scrum methods
- Good organizational skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn and improve content on new topics
- Fluent language skills in English; other language skills are an advantage
- Good (user) knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as agile tools such as MIRO, JIRA / Confluence or ServiceNow
- Ideally first experiences in the area of customer service / service centers
- Willingness to travel occasionally
