**About the Role**:
We are looking for creative (Junior) Graphic Designer (M/F/d) to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable and effective communicational ideas for both print and digital platforms. You will have a huge impact on shaping the future of CIRCUS and all our consumer brands by developing graphics and materials that align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

We recently launched our first consumer brand "Pazza Pasta". As we are developing our multi brand strategy going forward, this position will be involved in new consumer brand development initiatives from scratch for scale.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Develop scalable and effective communicational ideas for print and digital media
- Create technically neat and producible files, including flyers, foilings, performance marketing ads, and simple animations
- Edit existing visuals to enhance their impact and effectiveness
- Present and articulate design ideas effectively, engaging with team members and stakeholders
- Understand stakeholder needs and project requirements, addressing problems with creative and practical solutions
- Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to design projects

**Base Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a Design Studio or Advertising Agency
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
- A team player with a positive, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Tidy and responsible work habits, coupled with functional and effective thinking
- Possess an absolute growth mindset and a strong connection to the start-up mentality.
