VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands. We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our e-commerce platforms, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their brands.

Junior Graphic Designers (f/m/x) at VIVERE use their creativity to translate consumer needs by conceptualizing product and brand identities all the way to the execution of visual assets. As a designer in our Creative Studio, you will build compelling storylines and the competitive edge that products require to stand out in the digital environment.

You will create innovative concepts, provide leadership for the brands you work on and push ideas through to final outputs, approaching every brief with fresh eyes and with delightful, scaleable ideas.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will collaborate across departments to develop and continuously drive designs for our next-generation consumer products and world-class brands. Along with our fast-growing team of more than 100 international consumer talents, you will be based in our Hamburg office.

Tasks
- Create powerful, coherent and holistic brand experiences
- Elevate brand aesthetics while supporting VIVERE’s corporate direction and values
- Develop brand books and asset guidelines to enhance brand consistency and create global impact
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality packaging and communication assets, including e-shops and social media
- Improve the visual aspects of our products through the creation of high-quality 3D assets and photoshoots
- Use motion design to create certain communication assets and improve brand engagement
- Share ideas and creative concepts from the early marketing campaign-planning stage
- Take part in the management and initial briefing of external creative partners
- Communicate flawlessly with your work and excel in presenting your ideas to your teams or clients

**Requirements**:

- You have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design skills across a variety of projects
- You love building and growing brands through any creative medium
- You have exceptional design aesthetics and extreme attention to detail
- You have a hands-on approach to the work and strive to create impact through design
- You have a demonstrated ability working with Adobe Creative Suite, especially with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Lightroom
- Photography and videography skills are strong assets for the position
- You have basic knowledge of UX/UI and 3D design
- You take responsibility for your time management and deliverables
- You are proficient in English
