**Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich**
- Überwachung (OCM) der Ersatzteil Versorgung der Servicepartner
- Auswertung und Reporting von Verfügbarkeit und Lieferperformance von Ersatzteilen
- Unterstützung des Part RMA Prozess
- Neuanlage von Ersatzteilen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Factory und europäischen Schnittstellen
- Prozess Optimierung im Ersatzteilwesen und Garantieerweiterungen
- Überwachung und Steuerung des GQI Prozesses
- Buchung der Erweiterten Garantie Verlängerungen im B2B Bereich
- Monatliche Auswertung und Rechnungstellung der durchgeführten Reparaturen an die einzelnen Versicherer B2C & B2B
- Vertretung der Field Service Administration bei Abwesenheit im Valdierungsprozess
- Administrative Reparaturplanung sowie Kommunikation mit Partnern im B2B Business Crossover mit Field Service Team > (Europaweit soweit Business über LGEDG)
- Administrative Koordination im IQC Rework Prozess in Absprache mit dem Fieldservice Team

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium in Betriebswirtschaft > vergleichbare oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in relevanten Technologien der Branche von Vorteil
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sicheres Auftreten in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch)
- Sichere Anwendung von Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Power BI von Vorteil
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Entscheidungsfreudig
- Teamfähigkeit
