Join Our Team as **HR Business Partner** for our Greenfield Project in Germany

Are you ready to lead HR initiatives in an exciting new environment? We're seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner to join McCain in **Mehrum, Germany**, and play a pivotal role in establishing and managing human resources functions for our new to be build plant. This role offers the **opportunity to shape** organizational culture, **develop innovative HR strategies**, and contribute to the success and growth of our **greenfield site**.

**Key responsibilities**: As an HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in setting up and managing functions for our new-to-be-build site in Germany. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing **HR policies and procedures**, **leading recruitment efforts**, **designing comprehensive onboarding programs**, and **fostering positive employee relations**. You'll play a key role in shaping our organizational culture, **ensuring compliance with local labor laws**, and supporting the daily operations within the plant.
- Establish HR Policies and Procedures.
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts.
- Design and execute Onboarding and Orientation programs.
- Foster positive Employee Relations.
- Implement Performance Management systems.
- Identify Training and Development needs.
- Manage Compensation and Benefits programs.
- Ensure Legal Compliance.
- Oversee HR Administration tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or greenfield setup
- Understanding of German labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
