Mitarbeiter Customer Support

Koordination und Weitergabe der Kundenanforderungen in die Organisation inkl. Reklamation/Deeskalation.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Abwicklung, Überwachung und Reporting von Kundenaufträgen und Projekten hinsichtlich Einhaltung der Kundenanforderungen unter Beachtung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität; bei Abweichung geeignete Maßnahmen einleiten
- selbständiges Erstellen von Verkaufsstatistiken, Präsentationen, Absatzstatistiken und Forecasts
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und zuständig für die Kundenkommunikation
- Eigenständige Strukturierung, Verfolgung und Sicherstellung der internen Kommunikation hinsichtlich der Kundenanfragen
- Aktive Verfolgung und Aufarbeitung von Eskalationsthemen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen als Basis für die regelmäßige Kundenkommunikation
- Pflege von Kundenstammdaten, Erstellung der Rechnungen und Übernahme der Zoll
- und Exportformalitäten
- Schnittstelle des Werks zu den Sales Mitarbeitern der Organisation
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (vorzugsweise kaufmännischer Bereich) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position und fachbezogene Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung (vorzugsweise kaufmännischer Bereich) und langjährige Berufserfahrung
- Landessprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache
- hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Technisches und unternehmerisches Verständnis, sowie Zahlenaffinität
- Selbständiges und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungs
- sowie Analysekompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
- gutes techn. Verständnis und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
- fachliche und zeitliche Flexibilität
