**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Förderung funktionaler Qualität im gesamten Supplier Relationship Management System (SRM) einschließlich Kompetenzentwicklung und Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der SAP-Prozesse und -Verfahren zur Steigerung der Effizienz bei den Beschaffungsprozessen
- Verwaltung des Vertragsprozesses und Leitung der Koordination mit der Rechtsabteilung, zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Geschäftsbeziehungen und Dokumentation dieser
- Förderung des Einsatzes von E-Sourcing-, Spend Visibility
- und P2P-Tools im gesamten Unternehmen
- Verwaltung der Ausschreibung, Lieferantenauswahl, Lieferantenqualifizierung und Vertragsentwicklung
- Vertragsentwicklung, Implementierung, Compliance und den laufenden Prozess zur Verwaltung der Lieferbasis in den Bereichen IT und Telekommunikation
- Entwicklung von Betriebsplänen und praktikablen Geschäftsprozessen für die eigene Abteilung in Abstimmung mit der Funktionsstrategie
- Unterstützung und Beeinflussung der globalen Einkaufsstrategie und -prozesse durch regelmäßige Kommunikation mit den globalen Mitarbeitern *Führung des regionalen Einkaufsteams durch Vorgabe einer klaren Richtung und Überwachung der Fortschritte durch regelmäßige Überprüfungen
- Coaching und Entwicklung der Mitglieder des Einkaufsteams zur Optimierung der individuellen Leistung

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches/technisches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf der Automobil/-zulieferindustrie
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Beschaffungs
- und Lieferantenmanagement
- Führungserfahrung in Position mit IT-bezogenen Beschaffungsprozessen und -systemen (Supplier Relationship Management)
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Belastungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute MS Office -Kenntnisse
- Gute SAP- Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
