Alpha Sophia is a B2B SaaS company dedicated to developing a cutting-edge commercial intelligence and engagement platform for the US healthcare market. Our mission is to assist Life Sciences companies in accelerating the introduction of their medical innovations to serve providers and patients. We achieve this by providing exceptional information and planning tools that enhance efficiency. Notably, our platform differentiates itself with its customer-centric interface and unparalleled data insights.
Tasks
- Ambitiously support the growth of a young company, working directly with the founders and growth team.
- Research and identify high-potential life science companies, leveraging insights and tools to drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Execute targeted and strategic outreach, skillfully engaging decision-makers to foster interest and secure meetings.
- Confidently lead client meetings and deliver impactful product demonstrations to senior commercial leadership, showcasing the value of the platform.
- Represent the company at international conferences (primarily in the US), building meaningful relationships and closing strategic deals to accelerate growth.
- Drive deals through the sales cycle with precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a professional, growth-oriented approach.
**Requirements**:
- Native English speaker with outstanding communication skills and a polished, eloquent demeanor.
- Based in Berlin, with a proactive and reliable personality that fosters trust and builds lasting relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Ambitious and self-driven, eager to excel in a fast-growing SaaS startup and contribute to its dynamic growth journey.
- Enthusiastic about international travel, primarily to the US, to attend conferences, represent the company, and close high-impact deals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
