- Ihre Rolle:
- Als Director Global Product Management & Marketing OE sind Sie für unser globales Produktmanagement und Marketing innerhalb der Business Unit Original Equipment (OE) verantwortlich und unterstützen das Unternehmen in allen Aspekten, die für das Wachstum des Unternehmens aus Sicht des Produktmanagements und Marketings wichtig sind. In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den President & General Manager, OE.- Ihre Herausforderung:
- Leitung des globalen Produktmanagements und Marketings innerhalb der Business Unit OE, einschließlich der Bereiche Marktforschung, Technologieüberwachung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Vermarktung, Entwicklung strategischer Netzwerke sowie Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie
- Technische und kommerzielle Verantwortung für das Produktportfolio
- Strategieentwicklung für die OE-Produkte in Abstimmung mit den Regionen unter Berücksichtigung der SPEED-Methodik und management der entsprechenden Roadmap
- Analyse der Marktanforderungen und -nachfragen an unsere Produktpalette zur Sicherstellung strategischer Wachstumsziele sowie Initiierung zukünftiger Produkte
- Vorantreiben der Marktbeobachtung und Digitalisierung: Erfassen von Marktdaten in unseren Zielmärkten (z. B. Marktgrößen, Wettbewerbsanalysen, regulatorische Fragen usw.), Analyse der Daten und Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur Differenzierung, Best-Practice-Ansätze und Identifizierung neuer Trends
- Leitung der Markteinführung neuer OE-Produkte und des Life-Cycle-Managaments
- Vorantreiben des eCommerce innerhalb von OE sowie Entwicklung der entsprechenden Prozesslandschaft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit anderen Funktionen in OE und anderen Bereichen wie Marketing, Geschäftsentwicklung (Industrie, Regionen), Vertrieb, Technik und Betrieb
- Gestaltung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management inkl. Erstellung von Business Case Berechnungen
- Förderung der MANN+HUMMEL Kultur und Werte und Vorbildfunktion innerhalb der Organisation
- Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, strategisches Produktmarketing oder Technik
- Fachkompetenz:
- Entsprechende Markt-, Technologie
- und Produktkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Roadmapping, Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Englisch (in Wort und Schrift), gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
