Aktuell haben wir eine fantastische Chance für einen Digitalization Officer (m/w/d) Real Estate mit Sitz in Berlin.
- **Welche Rolle wirst du spielen?**
- Du treibst die Cybersecurity-Strategie innerhalb unseres Siemensstadt²-Projekts voran und führst die Integration relevanter Prozesse in den verschiedenen Bauprojekten durch
- Du leitest die Implementierung der Cybersecurity-Governance, treibst die Prozessverbesserung voran und stellst die Einhaltung relevanter Cybersecurity-Richtlinien und -Anforderungen sicher
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf bei der Bearbeitung von Vorfällen, jährlichen Überprüfungen, Audits und anderen Aktivitäten im Auftrag von Standort
- und Projektmanagern
- Du koordinierst die Implementierung des Asset-Klassifizierungsprozesses (ACP) bei der Siemens Real Estate (SRE) auf operativer Ebene für die Assetklassen Dokumente & Informationen, IT-Assets (Applikationen und Infrastruktur)
- Du beaufsichtigst den ACP-Prozess und sorgst für Transparenz durch unterstützende Tools (z. B. UPM-X, ITAM), die von den lokalen Stakeholdern gepflegt werden, einschließlich regelmäßiger Überprüfungen, Implementierung von Schutzkonzepten und laufender Asset-Überwachung (z. B. Penetrationstests und andere Maßnahmen nach Bedarf)
- Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner:in für alle IT-Infrastruktur-Themen
- Du unterstützt das Supplier Relationship Management (intern und extern)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an SRE, OP, AMA Heads, LMs
- Du stellst die Einhaltung lokaler gesetzlicher Vorschriften und lokaler Gesetze (Datenschutz) sicher

**Dein Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder ein anderer spezialisierter technischer Abschluss im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudeinfrastrukturthemen erwünscht
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherheitsrelevante Kenntnisse in Hardware, Software und Netzwerken
- Du bringst Erfahrung in den Bereichen Bedrohungs
- & Risikoanalyse, Schwachstellenmanagement sowie Incident Handling mit
- Du hast Freude daran, dich in eine große, komplexe Organisation mit all seinen Prozess und -Kundenanforderungen einzuarbeiten
- Du hast eine starke Kundenorientierung und eine hohe Projektmanagementkompetenz
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, soziale Kompetenz sowie durch interkulturelle Sensibilität aus
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse mit
