**Bereichs-/Rollenbeschreibung**:
Der Bereich Divisional Control Office (DCO) in der Private Bank Germany hat das Mandat zum Management von nichtfinanziellen Risiken. Das beinhaltet die Verantwortung, dass nicht-finanzielle Risiken im Business proaktiv identifiziert, sowie angemessen und innerhalb des definierten Risikoappetits gesteuert werden.

Der Fachbereich „Business Control Office Germany“ (BCO GY) koordiniert und steuert die Umsetzung des Frameworks und konsolidiert das Risikoprofil. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgabenstellung begleitet BCO GY aus Non Financial Risk - Sicht relevante Projekte und stellt ein kontinuierliches Risikomanagement bei akut auftretenden Ereignissen im Tagesgeschäft und auch durch systematische Analyse von regelmäßigen Risk Assessments sicher. Zur Gewährleistung eines adäquaten Kontrollumfelds unterstützt BCO GY darüber hinaus die Business-Bereiche bei der Implementierung von Kontrollstandards in Geschäftsprozessen.

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Sie koordinieren und begleiten Maßnahmen zum Managen von operationellen (nicht-finanziellen) Risiken in der Private Bank Germany
- Sie beraten und unterstützen das Business bei der Erarbeitung von risikoreduzierenden Maßnahmen sowie Kontrollstandards
- Sie arbeiten eng vernetzt mit allen Kontrollfunktionen im Konzern sowie Audit und stimmen sich regelmäßig mit den anderen divisionalen DCO Einheiten ab
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Management-Informationen und Präsentationen für wesentliche Arbeitsgruppen und Entscheidungsgremien, Vor
- und Nachbereitung sowie Begleitung oder Leitung relevanter Meetings
- Sie arbeiten teamübergreifend an der Umsetzung der Non Financial Risk Framework Anforderungen

**Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen**:

- Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse im DB Konzern und umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Bereichen des Managements nicht-finanzieller Risiken sind von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Eigenständigkeit mit Kreativität bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen inkl. Flexibilität sich auch neuen Aufgaben zu stellen
- Ihre ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen Sie aus, sowie verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und ein sicheres Auftreten auch in Konfliktsituationen
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
