**Profil**:

- Eine abgeschlossene **kaufmännische Berufsausbildung z. B. als Kaufmann für Speditions
- und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d)** oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im **Logistik-Umfeld**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich **Supply Chain / Logistik**, vorzugsweise mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im **Warehouse Management**:

- Gute Kenntnisse in **SAP**, TM3/ SAP TM sowie auch in **Business Warehouse** und **MS Office**:

- Souveräner Umgang mit **Benchmarks und KPI’s in der Logistik**:

- **Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientiertes Verhalten sowie Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit

**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die **Bewirtschaftung (Replenishment) des Crossdocks** und das **Transport Management** der europäischen Landverkehre zu den Kunden in EMEA
- Überwachung der **Einhaltung der spezifischen Logistikprozesse** sowie aller gesetzlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung aller Lager/Umschlagstätigkeiten/Transporte
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem Crossdock
- und Transportdienstleister und der Organisation
- Gewährleistung einer **nachhaltigen Lager/Umschlags
- und Transportlogistik** sowie stetige Verbesserung der Leistungsperformance
- **Unterstützung der Fachabteilung Distribution Safety** bei der Reduzierung von Verladeschäden und Transportunfällen
- Managen der **operativen Performancemessung (KPI's) des Crossdocks**
