Collections is a vital part of our overall leasing and financing operation. By driving down unpaid invoices at an early stage by opening up a direct dialogue with our customers for finding sustainable solutions, we can allow them to minimize the financial consequences of their delinquencies and ultimately, to keep their vehicles on the road. To establish and maintain such a direct dialogue and to subsequently find and offer the most optimal sustainable solutions requires great skill. By that, collections is an ideal growth path for those already excelling in a customer service environments and having a strong drive to further improve their conversation and negotiation skills.
Within a team of passionate, talented and driven professionals, you take on the challenge to deal with customers being delinquent on their lease(s) in the most optimal and sustainable fashion. Together with your colleagues, you yourselves organize every day in a highly self-sufficient way. We frequently realign between the priorities and needs that appear during the week. As we are a multinational and multilingual department, our department language are English and German.
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) for our UK team in Berlin
**Your tasks will be supporting the team within daily operational and especially administrative tasks as**:
- Handling mailboxes and Service Requests
- Archiving documents
- Payment allocations
- Invoices review
- Other administrative tasks related with the Collections activities
- Updating data in our IT-systems
**Professional Qualifications**:
- Experience in administrative task management
- Experience in working in call center environment will be a plus, but not necessary
- English on native speaker level, other language skills on advanced level are considered as a plus
**Soft skills**:
strong Communication skills
Good teamworker, reliable and self-reliant way of working with a getting things done attitude
