- Leitung des Field Service Supports in Hamburg inkl. Standortverantwortung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung des Service Techniker Teams
- Durchführung der Kapazitätsplanung unter Einbezug von externem Personal
- Sicherstellung luftfahrtrechtlicher Anforderungen: Schulung und Qualifikation des eingesetzten Personals, Arbeitssicherheit, Zutrittsberechtigungen, Art und Umfang der durchzuführenden Arbeiten und Einhaltung der AIRBUS Verträge
- Kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit den internationalen Fertigungsstandorten bzgl. Prozess
- und Produktoptimierung (Corrective Action)
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit: z.B. durch Gewährleistung der fristgerechten Sitzinstallation oder durch Kommunikation mit AIRBUS und Kunden bezüglich dokumentierter Beanstandungspunkte
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender und Definition erforderlicher vor Ort Prozesse in globaler Abstimmung
- Sicherstellung der RECARO Qualitätsstandards am Standort sowie Umsetzung und Verantwortung der Dokumentation gemäß relevanter Anforderungen (externer und interner Vorschriften)

**Ihre Qualifikation**
- Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im Bereich Luftfahrt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Luftrechts (EASA Part 21 Sub Part G) und der relevanten QM-Normen (DIN EN/ AS 9100)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Einstellung sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS 365, Teams)
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In
- und Ausland
