**Your responsibilities and tasks**:
Become part of our HR Operations team in Berlin-Kreuzberg GEA Group Services GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of GEA Group AG - the global player of all system providers for the food and beverage industry as well as a wide range of process industries with around 18,000 employees in more than 60 countries. The Global HR Operations Team is the first point of contact for our GEA employees in all GEA Group companies worldwide.
For our HR Operations First Level Support in the Poland team we are looking for a friendly, dedicated and service-oriented person with immediate effect. As HR Operations Specialist Poland (f/m/d) you solve problems and like to go the extra mile to ensure employee satisfaction.
- You are the first point of contact for our employees and provide solution-oriented advice on all HR or system-related issues via ticket system, chat and telephone
- You are responsible for maintaining employee master data in our HR system "Workday"
- You are responsible for the creation of documents based on templates
- You are in close and constructive internal exchange. Your role requires cross-functional cooperation and regular coordination with other HR functions (local HR teams, recruiting, payroll, IT, etc.).
- You ensure professional HR processes and contribute to the optimization of existing and the implementation of new HR processes.
**Your profile and qualifications**:
- a degree and first experience in HR
- secure user knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Office)
- a friendly and service-oriented personality
- very good written and spoken Polish and good English skills
- a structured and careful way of working as well as a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility, paired with a lot of fun
- working in a team
- affinity for digital HR tools
- willingness to move to Berlin
Nice to have:
- experience in the use of "Komax" and Microsoft Excel
- experience in customer service or shared service
