Als Courier HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bist du Teil des HR Teams in Berlin, welches sich um unsere logistische Abteilung Scoober, also alle Fahrer:innen in Deutschland, kümmert. Deine Aufgaben sind unter anderem folgende:
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Fahrer:innen in allen personalrelevanten Fragen bezüglich der Verträge, des Urlaubs, in Bezug auf Krankheit, Lohnabrechnungen, sowie unserer Systeme und Prozesse
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Verwaltung der digitalen Personalakten
- Du agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Stakeholder und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Betriebsräten
- Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und HR-Projekten
- Erstellung von einfachen/standardisierten HR-Berichten
Bereit, unser neuer Courier HR Specialist (m/w/d) zu werden? Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:
- Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- ca. 1,5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR
- Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
