**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
BCG’s global Greentech and Engineered Products (G&EP) Sector Assistant supports the global Sector Managers with the execution of the sector strategic agenda. The sector serves the top players in all the Green Technologies, Machinery, Industrial Automation, Aerospace and Defense industries across the globe.

More specifically, activities will include but are not limited to:

- Reporting and business intelligence, including revenue & sales performance, lead flow monitoring, competitive intelligence
- Preparing leadership team meetings in support of the responsible Sector Manager
- Preparing internal communications to promote insights and best practices: drafting and distributing newsletters, curating internal marketing materials, preparing materials for internal townhalls
- Supporting external marketing and communication activities to help the sector build and strengthen client relationships, and to position thought leadership content in the market. This includes e.g., planning and preparation of client events, facilitation of curated contents to senior stakeholders for their interactions with clients and activity in social media
- Contributing to people planning & affiliation agenda, e.g., keeping updated view with our internal people database and supporting affiliation activities during year

The role provides the chance to gain foundational experience in business intelligence, marketing and internal operations management for a leading global management consultancy.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Work experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a business setting
- Previous internship or work experience in a larger consultancy, other professional service firm or Industrial Goods company is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent English language skills
- Experience working in virtual and intercultural teams is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
BCG's Industrial Goods Practice (IG) is divided into three sectors: Automotive & Mobility (A&M), Greentech & Engineered Products (G&EP), and Materials & Process Industries (MPI). The Practice includes the consulting team that works with our clients, the Knowledge Team and the Practice Area team that manages the Practice. It includes Sector Managers, Regional Managers, Practice Area Coordinators and Marketers. The Practice Area team is, in short, the backbone of the Industrial Goods Practice.
