THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:
- Develope, coordinate amd maintain a reporting system, that ensures a correct presentation of the country's (Distribution Partner Management EMEA) financial situation
- Tracking sales results and creating business cases (e.g. new market entries, new product launches, investment planning, etc.)
- Analyse and presentation of options and suggestion of measures - Driving forward capital efficiency measures (DSO, DSI, etc.)
- Support the creation and implementation of targets/ objectives for the country
- Responsible for the country´s planning processes (budget/ YEE/ strategy) and for planning relevant financial variables
- Continuously control the overall country performance and reported figures, point out deviations and solve existing gaps
- Responsible for compliance with reporting processes, preparation of regular financial reports and commenting on deviations from predefined KPIs
- Creation and maintainance of dashboards and documents for internal/ external business reviews
- Support the team in the preparation of business reviews
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Master or Bachelor degree: Preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related degree
- 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Controlling position
- Previous experience in a complex international environment
- Dedicated knowledge of key performance indicator systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Business English spoken and written - German and/ or additional languages spoken and written as well
