**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Steuerung, Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Kernkompetenzen im Fachgebiet Glasentwicklung
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten im engen Austausch mit Geschäftseinheiten, den Zentralfunktionen und/oder externen Partnern
- Überwachung und Einhaltung der Termin
- und Kostenziele der Entwicklungsprojekte
- Impulsgeber/in für neue konzernweite Produkt
- und Technologieentwicklungen im Kompetenzfeld
- Networking und Technologiescouting im Bereich Glasentwicklung
- Sicherstellung von Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse, Berichtswesen und Controlling im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Führung der Experten/innen und Projektleiter/innen im Kompetenzfeld

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Materialwissenschaft oder Chemie, vorzugsweise mit Promotion
- Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit tiefgreifendem Materialverständnis von Spezialgläsern und deren Prozessen im Entwicklungsumfeld
- Gutes Verständnis in anderen verwandten Feldern wie Glaskeramiken und Kompositwerkstoffen
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung und Erfolge in der Projektleitung (Stage Gate/Agile) von komplexen nationalen wie internationalen interdisziplinären Projekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Thema IP-Management
- Erste Erfahrung mit disziplinarischer Führungsverantwortung ist von Vorteil
- Engagement, Überzeugungskraft, Entscheidungs
- und Urteilsvermögen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, fließend in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft (national wie international)
