Norwegian Member Services Associate

About the job:
This position is responsible for efficiently managing all customer enquiries, by delivering utmost excellence and commitment to all members and guests calling our client. This role will work in partnership with all internal departments to fulfil member requests, attend incoming phone calls and enquiries, as well as restaurant and meeting room bookings and ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Providing excellent service to guests and members through friendliness, discretion, and accuracy will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to all incoming phone calls
- Reservation of meeting places / restaurant tables / office equipment / refreshments
- Appointment co-ordination and related concierge services
- Reply to general enquiries about concept / membership
- Deal with membership related questions (payments, cancelation, new accounts, upgrades, bonus programme)
To be a good fit for this Customer Service opportunity, you will have:
- Experience with guest or member services at a hotel or member’s club in the past
- Flexibility with working hours
- A desire to work in a fast paced, energetic environment
- Readiness to learn
- Proficient computer and technology skills including Microsoft office
- A client-servicing disposition
- Problem-solving attitude
- Team player mentality
- Personality, character, and charm
- Fluent in Norwegian
