**Your job**
As a New Business Sales Manager, you will focus on spotting market trends, identifying and generating new business opportunities and build a strong network within our global implementation partners and our strategic partner Schneider Electric. Set short
- and long-term sales strategies based on the goals and evaluate constantly the effectiveness of this strategy. You work closely together with our dedicated IWMS team and with your (strategic) experience we can take the next step in winning corporate clients for Planon. We promise to challenge you at every step of the way: you’ll be working with world-leading companies and get responsibilities others may only dream of.
**You successfully fulfill your role by**:
- Creating and executing your business plan;
- Target, discover and close new opportunities in existing and new target markets;
- Realizing personal sales target;
- Pro-actively represent Planon within the the DACH region;
- Expanding sales activities through warm leads;
- Respond to RFQs and RFPs;
- Giving presentations and demos at client locations;
- Attend international events and show active presence on social media;
- Ensure a reliable pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
**Profile**

Above all, you and your colleagues consider you to be a true hunter.By acting as a trusted business partner who can discuss b ith the customer you can express your added value. You are able to quickly identify the right internal resources and create team synergy. You are proactive, flexible and you can easily motivate yourselves as well as others.
- Proven commercial skills in a new business position: At least 5 years relevant work experience;
- Experience in selling Enterprise software (SAP, Microsoft etc);
- Experience with creating and executing a sales plan;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- Analytical, Hands-on and Customer oriented;
- Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker;
- ** Fluent in German and English**;
- Willingness to travel;
- A relevant Bachelor degree.

For this role, we offer a competitive salary and the following benefits package;
Compensation package
