We are currently looking for a Manager Spare Parts Operations to join us based in our HQ in Ratingen to lead the Spare Parts Operation. Your area of responsibility: • Management and further development of the logistics and spare parts planning division with direct responsibility for process efficiency and target achievement • Strategic planning and control of worldwide spare parts supply, considering costs, quality and availability • Responsibility for inventory management, warehouse optimization and ensuring an efficient supply chain • Leading and developing a team of logistics and planning specialists. • Control and optimization of transport and customs processes for international deliveries • Analysis of key figures and implementation of improvement measures to optimize supply chain processes • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Healthcare Service, Controlling, Trade Compliance, FEN Logistics, ERP Department and Digital-Transformation • Responsibility for compliance with legal, safety and quality requirements. Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications: • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in logistics and spare parts planning, ideally in the medical technology environment or in a technically demanding area. • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and successfully lead a team. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an eye for operational details. • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerBI • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Strong communication and organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach. • Strong communication and organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach incl. hands on mentality We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants for employment without attention to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability status.
