Du weißt, dass Leq (M) kein Tippfehler ist, sondern der Kino-Loudness-Standard. Du kannst kreatives Chaos entschlüsseln und in saubere Deliveries verwandeln. Und du fühlst dich wohl in High-Pace-Umgebungen , in denen Präzision, Timing und Flow alles sind. Bei 86Tales gestalten wir Sound für Filme, Kampagnen und Marken – Musik, Mix und Bedeutung unter einem Dach. Wir arbeiten eng mit Kreativagenturen , Produktionsfirmen und Direktkunden zusammen und formen den Klang hinter einigen der spannendsten visuellen Arbeiten da draußen. Wir suchen einen Audio- (Video-) Postproduction Specialist, derdie technisch versiert, kreativ sicher und schnell ist – jemand, der*die Briefings, Teams und Technologie mit Klarheit und Tempo verbindet. Deine Aufgaben Vorbereitung, Organisation und Lieferung finaler Audio- und Video-Assets für Film, Online und Kino. Mastering für Broadcast, Online und Kino nach EBU R128 (−23 LUFS) und Leq (M)-Standards. Verantwortung für Exporte, Versionierung und Quality Control nichts verlässt das Studio ohne dein Go. Kreativbriefings verstehen und übersetzen in konkrete Aufgaben für In-House- und Freelance-Komponistinnen, Cutterinnen, Motion-Designerinnen und Sound-Designerinnen. Technische und kreative Standards auch unter Druck halten schnell, sauber, konsistent . KI-basierte Workflows selbstverständlich in deinen Prozess integrieren von Vorbereitung bis Lieferung. Klare Kommunikation mit Produzent*innen und Kreativen, um Deadlines und Erwartungen perfekt zu steuern. Sicherstellen von Due-Diligence-Checks und Acid-Listen-Runden vor jeder Auslieferung. Dein Profil Schnell, präzise, organisiert du liebst hohes Tempo und Verantwortung . Sicher in Pro Tools , Logic , Premiere oder DaVinci Resolve (idealerweise mehr als eins). Verstehst Loudness , Dynamik und Compliance EBU R128 , −23 LUFS und Leq (M) sind für dich selbstverständlich. Erfahrung in der Koordination zwischen kreativen und technischen Teams . Vertraut im Umgang mit KI-Tools , um Workflows zu optimieren und Qualität zu steigern. Struktur, Eigenverantwortung und Perfektion sind für dich selbstverständlich.
