Strategic Procurement Manager – Central Role within Global Energy Group - Reutlingen
NOTE: Mandarin + English C1 Required (German is an advantage). I’m supporting an international energy technology group that is expanding its central procurement organisation from its HQ in Reutlingen. This role sits at the Group HQ in Reutlingen (hybrid, flexible working but you must be based locally or willing to relocate). The company is growing in the global energy sector and already well-established.
A very international environment — English is the main language, German is helpful but not essential.

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both essential). Chinese cultural understanding is strongly preferred.
Experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management. Someone driven, hands-on, and comfortable pushing central initiatives across multiple countries.
