Procurement Manager IT

A fast-growing international company is strengthening its procurement organisation and is searching for a Procurement Manager IT to take ownership of strategic technology sourcing and drive high-impact initiatives across its German operations. This is a key role within a modern, innovation-driven environment where you will directly influence IT supplier strategy, digital transformation, and long-term value creation. Your responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT categories such as software, infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support business growth and future-proof the organisation’s IT landscape Own supplier selection, negotiations, RFx processes, and contract lifecycle management Act as a strategic advisor for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IT roadmaps and global procurement guidelines Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process automation, and innovation within IT procurement Support digitalisation initiatives and contribute to group-wide transformation projects Your profile: 4–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management with a focus on IT categories Strong negotiation capabilities and experience managing complex supplier landscapes Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at different levels Fluency in German and English (both required) Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a passion for technology and optimisation Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related discipline Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and the EU 📍 Location: Stuttgart (Hybrid) If you’re looking for a role where you can shape IT procurement strategy, lead impactful initiatives, and grow within a global environment — this opportunity is for you. 📩 Interested?
