🚀 Account Executive (AE) – AI SaaS | Early-Stage Startup 📍 Munich | Full-time | High-growth environment We’re working with a fast-growing AI SaaS startup that’s building a category-defining product for B2B customers. They’re now looking for a strong Account Executive to join the commercial team and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, working closely with founders, and selling a product that genuinely solves real customer problems. What you’ll be doing: Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close Work with inbound and outbound opportunities across mid-market B2B customers Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and founders Feed market and customer insights back into GTM and product strategy What we’re looking for: Experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE, Closing SDR, or similar) Comfortable running sales conversations end-to-end Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Entrepreneurial mindset — you like moving fast and figuring things out Fluent German and English Why this role: Join at an early stage and have real influence on how sales is done Work directly with founders and shape the commercial motion Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Meaningful equity upside 👉 If you’re excited about building something early, selling an ambitious AI product, and growing with the company, this is worth a conversation.
