1．岗位职责Job Responsibilities 负责欧洲中心法律事务的整体规划和管理，包括但不限于合同管理、法律咨询、诉讼和非诉讼法律事务处理。Responsible for the overall planning and management of the European center’s legal affairs, including but not limited to contract management, legal consultation, and the handling of both litigation and non-litigation legal matters. 确保欧洲中心运营符合欧盟法律法规，特别是在数据保护（GDPR）、反垄断法、贸易法规等方面的合规性。Ensure the European center’s operations comply with EU laws and regulations, with a particular focus on data protection (GDPR), antitrust laws, trade regulations, and other relevant compliance areas. 管理欧洲中心合同，包括起草、审核、修改和谈判合同，确保合同条款符合法律要求并保护公司利益。Manage European center’s contracts, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating terms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to protect the company’s interests. 识别和评估欧洲中心运营中的法律风险，制定相应的风险控制措施和应对策略。Identify and assess legal risks within the European center’s operations, and develop appropriate risk control measures and response strategies. 为公司管理层和各部门提供日常法律咨询，参与重大经营决策的法律论证，就涉及法律的问题提出意见。Provide daily legal advice to company management and various departments, participate in legal evaluations of major business decisions, and offer insights on legal issues. 管理外聘律师的工作，监督和协调外部法律服务提供商，确保其服务质量和效率。Manage external legal counsel, overseeing and coordinating the work of external legal service providers to ensure quality and efficiency. 完成上级领导和公司交办的工作。Complete tasks assigned by senior management and the company. 2．任职资格Qualifications 全日制本科及以上学历，法律相关专业；英语可作为工作语言，能够流利地进行国际业务沟通与交流。Bachelor’s degree or higher in law; fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate in international business contexts. 8年以上法律工作经验，精通欧盟法律法规，具备扎实的法律专业知识和实践经验，具有国际法律事务处理经验者优先。At least 8 years of legal work experience, with a thorough understanding of EU laws and regulations, solid legal expertise, and practical experience. Experience handling international legal matters is preferred. 强烈的责任心和良好的职业道德，能够在高压环境下工作；具备优秀的沟通协调能力、领导力和决策能力及跨文化交际能力。Strong sense of responsibility and high professional ethics; ability to work under pressure; excellent communication and coordination skills, leadership, decision-making abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.
