PROJECT DIRECTOR Stellenprofil / Tätigkeitsbeschreibung Vollzeit (100%) Standort Mainz - ab 01.04.2026 – Über das Unternehmen ambas Real Estate GmbH ist ein strategisches Beratungsunternehmen für Eigentümer, Nutzer, Entwickler, Verwalter und Betreiber gewerblicher Immobilien und Grundstücke (insbesondere Einzelhandelsobjekte, Stadtquartiere und urbane Mixed-Use Immobilien) in Deutschland und Europa. Unser Rhein-Main Büro befindet sich in Mainz (Firmensitz). Eine weitere Betriebsstätte befindet sich in Hamburg. Das Kerngeschäft der Gesellschaft umfasst unter anderem: Strategische Asset Management Beratung für private und institutionelle Immobilieninvestoren Transaktionsberatung (z.B. Immobilien An- und Verkäufe) Unternehmensberatung (inkl. Corporate M&A) Aufgabenprofil Zu den wesentlichen Kernaufgaben des Project Director in der ambas Real Estate GmbH zählen u.a.: Durchführung qualitativer und quantitativer Bewertungen von Investitionsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Performance Analysen, S-W-O-T Analysen, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen, tabellarische und/oder graphische Auswertungen) Prozessmanagement und Steuerung projektbezogener Dienstleister Verhandlung projektbezogener Verträge Unterstützung des ambas Teams in der Akquisition und Implementierung von Beratungsleistungen im Segment der Einzelhandelsimmobilie Erstellung interner und externer Präsentationen Qualifikationen Akademischer Abschluss im Bereich BWL und/oder Immobilienwirtschaft 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (idealerweise bereits mit Vorkenntnissen im Segment der Einzelhandels- und Mixed Use Immobilien)• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Diplomatie Fähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken in komplexen Zusammenhängen Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Keynote; ggf.
