Corporate M&A)AufgabenprofilZu den wesentlichen Kernaufgaben des Project Director in der ambas Real Estate GmbH zählen u.a.:Durchführung qualitativer und quantitativer Bewertungen von Investitionsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Performance Analysen, S-W-O-T Analysen, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen, tabellarische und/oder graphische Auswertungen)Prozessmanagement und Steuerung projektbezogener DienstleisterVerhandlung projektbezogener VerträgeUnterstützung des ambas Teams in der Akquisition und Implementierung von Beratungsleistungen im Segment der EinzelhandelsimmobilieErstellung interner und externer PräsentationenQualifikationenAkademischer Abschluss im Bereich BWL und/oder Immobilienwirtschaft1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (idealerweise bereits mit Vorkenntnissen im Segment der Einzelhandels- und Mixed Use Immobilien)• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und DiplomatieFähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken in komplexen ZusammenhängenAusgeprägtes ZahlenverständnisSehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Keynote; ggf.
