Für die Skalierung unserer Vertriebskanäle, des Marketings, des Customer Success sowie der Verantwortung für den Bereich Sales suchen wir nun eine:n ambitionierte:n Head of Growth (m/w/d) .
In deiner Rolle als Head of Growth leitest du die Bereiche Customer Success, eCommerce (B2C), Affiliate Care (B2B2C), Retail und unseren rasant wachsenden B2B Reseller-Bereich. Diese vertreiben unsere Notrufarmbänder als Partner direkt an die Kund:innen, die sie alltäglich ambulant betreuen.
Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingstrategien zusammen mit unserem Team-Lead Marketing
Onboarding neuer Partner
Beschreibung: Beurer koordiniert den Retail für Sanitätshäuser, Apotheken und weitere Retailer wie Media Markt Saturn, Berlet etc.
Beschreibung: Verkauf an große Hilfsorganisationen wie Johanniter, DRK etc. welche Gardia ihren Kunden anbieten
Onboarding von Großpartnern wie Hilfsorganisationen
Mit Customer Success Team Lead Strategien für Kundenbindung entwickeln
Budgetverantwortung und -planung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sales oder Vertrieb
Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Head of Sales/ Head of Growth in einem dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen
Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1+) und gutes Englisch (B2)
Arbeit an einem sinnstiftenden Projekt in einem wachsenden Markt, der einen gesellschaftlichen Mehrwert schafft
