As a Project Manager based at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you'll be working on large-scale projects while improving systems, processes, and cross-departmental collaboration. Together with a team of specialists, you'll ensure successful project execution-on time, within budget, and in line with scope.What will you do?Lead strategic, cross-border real estate projects Create detailed project plans, budgets, and reportsManage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across countriesIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecksEnsure a smooth handover to the business (business as usual)Evaluate completed projects and share lessons learned for future improvementsA day in your life at ActionYour day starts with a progress meeting with colleagues in Germany. You then work on a stakeholder analysis for a new building management systems to be implemented in our stores. In the afternoon, you align with the IT department on system requirements, and you end the day with a project team evaluation meeting.
